Jesus as ruler

This is an image of Christ the King, Savior of the World, by Cleve .

The painting depicts the face and upper body of Jesus. Christ has pale skin, brown eyes, brown hair, and a beard. He wears a blue robe and a bright red cloak. There are pearls and gold designs on the edges of the Savior’s cloak. The cloak is fastened at Christ’s chest by a golden brooch, shaped like a flower, with pearls and other precious stones on it. Christ raises His right hand. His left hand rests on a blue globe. The globe has a dark field, a dark cliff, and a cloudy blue sky with a white window in it. A large, gold, carved cross is attached to the globe. In the center of the cross is a red jewel.

The background of the painting is yellow.
