Adoration of the Magi - Rubens


This image by artist P. Rubens shows the three wisemen adoring the Christ child, who had recently been born in Bethlehem. This manifestation of the infant Jesus to the gentile is known as the Epiphany. The kings present Our Lord with gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh.
