This antique artwork shows the great Carmelite saint, Therese of Lisieux ("The Little Flower") spreading rose pedals at the doorway of the Holy Family's house. Saint Joseph works while the Christ Child runs to embrace Therese. Note the crucifix in the shadow of the Divine Child and the hill of Calvary outside the door.
